BEFORE AND AFTER

You guys….thank you so much for all of your comments on my Christmas decor.  You made me feel like Martha….even thought I am extremely aware of what a stretch that is.

I have a few more Christmas pictures but today I'm sharing an update on one of my projects.

While I was there on Monday I took a few quick shots.

Do you remember this?
 The design board I did.

Some of the changes that have now happened….

I was really impressed with the tables and mirrors from Wisteria.

Before

 Before of the Fireplace wall.

I split up the set of 3 Happiness Pots and used a couple on the mantel filled with Christmas greenery.

Before….

Inspiration Board

I found the intaglios at Scott's.  I knew I had seen them before and it was a small Christmas miracle that they had the perfect ones!

Remember the bench?

It got a coat of paint and some creamy linen.
A few nailheads at the corner.

It's pretty darn close to our inspiration!

Hopefully there will soon be better pictures of this project.

Now that I hauled all the Christmas decor down from the attic [and used what I needed] I suppose I'll be tripping over the leftovers for the next week until I get motivated to reverse the procedure.

What's wrong with me?

6 shopping days left…..

Great looking room! I love the way you stay true to the vision and make it even prettier in real life.

Gorgeous! I bet the homeowner is thrilled. (You can tell she tried but just didn't get it.) You made her dreams come true. Love the continuity.

Gorgeous Sherry! So fun to see a vision become reality. I laughed out loud reading about tripping over the boxes of holiday decorations because I just put mine away yesterday since my son is coming home from college today and he needed someplace to sleep!

It is just like the board, but even better. I love the intaglios and the plate wall. The wall color is beautiful. So good my friend!

The owners "before" side table to the right of the sofa... hoping you've had it sprayed out (painted) to use somewhere else in the house. It's base is so beautifully architectural!

You have added so much light to this room! It looks wonderful! The rug really opens the floor up. I can not wait to do this to our house this spring. Looks awesome Sherry!

Brilliant moving the picture down a few inches! Makes such a difference in the look to the mantle even before your nice additional
touches.

Sherry I always love to see your inspiration boards come to life! It looks fantastic! Love love loving the nailhead trim just on the corners of the bench. I have to recover a bench before Christmas and those darn nailheads run the full perimeter. You can bet your bottom dollar I'm only doing the corners this time around after seeing that little detail here! Thank you for preserving my sanity.
