We made it to Friday. Whoop.
This week I went to Sculpthouse... a new workout class. They use mega-reformers and Woodway curve treadmills. One.....I have never been on a reformer and felt like a fool. Two.... that treadmill [not electric but powered by you] was damn hard. At the end of the class I was lying in the corner asking for my mommie.
I think I still like Orange Theory better but I bought 10 classes to really give it the test. I'm kind of "old school".....run hard and lift heavy weights.
As promised last Friday......
I have a few more pictures of the guest house [ see part one here] that I had about 48 hours to pull together [before I left town on vacation].
I love a good challenge:)

The guest house!
Below is a shot of the bedroom before I got started. This whole ensemble was in their previous home's guest room which I did over 10 years ago!
It's safe to say it needed a little "something" right?
But remember the goal....my budget was like $10.00!
I changed out the yellow lampshade to white....
I found the pictures in the basement....and I bought some dark blue shams at Bed Bath and Beyond. Then I went home and grabbed these zig zag pillows from my stash....and took the kilim pillows from the couch.
I had 3 Kantha quilts so I used them to bring some color in the space. I know shocking right? Me and color:)
Moving into the living area....
Before....2 white sofas from Mitchell Gold. I moved the 2 benches over to the other side of the coffee table...
Hung some old window panels and brought in 2 large planters. The pillows came from HomeGood's.
Another piece from Mitchell Gold warehouse sale
that I accessorized with things they already had.
The barn doors were stained....
There you have it. Of course this was all only temporary so I am sure there will be tweaks along the way:)
Hope you all have a stomping rocking weekend!
