It's been great to kind of chill this week. Meaning my every thought wasn't focused on making list and constantly updating the sucker. Believe me there were so many sleepless nights.
I had to run over to Lewis and Sheron fabrics to get some trim so Sudi could whip me up some fabulous pillows and it was spring all up in there!
I was mesmerized by all the color and you know I am a neutral girl at heart:)
Take a look....
I want to use every one of those in one room.
There is a new game in town with "chiang mai dragon" look a like.....a less expensive version!
And the trims...
My word don't these just make you giddy?
Did you check out all of the talent in the spring ORC? Many are returning designers/bloggers and then a few that were new to me! I am excited to follow along......but feeling a bit left out:(
The day of the kitchen tour they had a flower arranger and I learned a thing or two.
The way he opened up a tulip was an ah ha moment. I have never seen this done.
I hope you guys have a wonderful Easter holiday spent with family and friends. Here in Atlanta the weather is supposed to be nice so just maybe I will get my planting in!
Probably not though.....

Sherry ... I used that TF in blue and green in a family room and it is gorgeous!! Glad you had a calmer week .. you deserved it!!
I too always enjoy looking at colorful fabrics but don't think I could ever use them in my home. I prefer a more neutral color palette that makes me feel cozy and relaxed. That said, some of those blue trims are gorgeous!!!

So much eye candy, love all those trim! I wish you and your family a wonderful Easter Sherry!
Love looking at those beautiful fabrics so much. However, can't live with them. They wear out their welcome in a week. Have a lovely weekend, Sherry.
I wish I lived near a fabulous fabric store like L&S.
So how do you open a tulip?
Sherry, I am blown away by these fabrics, especially the coral and the blue colorways! Yes I need a fabric shop and a pillow maker like yours!!
Happy Easter to you and yours!

Love all those trims!! Ok so I have to say the Chiang Mai look alike looks like they chopped up Mr. Chaing and tossed his body parts all over the fabric. #justsaying
Lovely fabrics! What was the trick to open up the tulips? Can you share?
LOOOOVE that dragon fabric! I wish you'd link one of your projects up to ORC Thursday!! It's great to still participate, but without the pressure ; )
Oh pretty! I really like the coral colors...

My boys are trained when we go to L&S they will get a lollipop if they are good! I love going there and leaving with all of my little scraps of fabric.
I would love to see Sudi's shop--it looks like dreamy! Hope you had a great Easter- you deserve a huge break after that phenomenal house project. I can't wait to see more of it! Xo Nancy
