STAGED HOUSE TAG SALE!

We just arrived home from the beach...and because I love you guys so much...I am  trying to spread the news about a designer sale.  Sorry this one is for my local peeps only.....

Remember when I did that post on the staged house in my neighborhood and it sold in one day?

Well...she is having a sale at the house tomorrow from 12-5 [Sunday September 9th] and Wednesday September 12 from 9-5.  Y'all this will be some of the things from her staging....and other designers will be bringing over things also.  So...you could score!

To refresh your memory I have the professional pictures of the home...
Remember?

This was the living room.....
Taken towards the entrance.
From the entrance of the kitchen into the DR
Towards the kitchen...
Small sunroom off the LR
Kitchen
Master bedroom upstairs...
Master bath.
Guest bedroom downstairs.

Another guest room downstairs...
Bath downstairs.

I am assuming that some of these items will be included in this sale....

I was supposed to join in but I might not have time to get some stuff over there by tomorrow :)  Hopefully on Wednesday though.....

The address is 787 Martina Drive 30305.

The beach was great as usual...but for the first time all these weird things happened....like rain for 2 days.  Never in the 7 years we have been going has that happened.

Internet went out....and on another occasion the power went out to 1500 homes for 3 hours.  Then the cable went out on another day.

I was worried about my karma.....lightening???

I did go to the Coastal Living Showhouse....it was great and I took some detail pictures.  I have a list of other blogs with pictures also.

AND...get this...they DID NOT care if we took a gazillion pictures.

I am in the middle of doing loads of laundry, unpacking, and trying to grasp how busy my week is going to be.
Cause happy hour will not look like this today.....:(

Shafrazzled....

Welcome home!
Tell me, am I crazy or even bold enough to say that the tables in the entry and guest bedroom resemble "Altars"!
Curious to see the Coastal Living Show House. Think Melanie's husband,Stan Benecki was the builder, but Melanie didn't do the interiors! She did most of his other projects, Rosemary Beach and the homes in Buckhead.
Relax, and drink some of that wine...

I started to say, "Wow, do people really live in houses like this?" And then I remembered the place was staged. It's pretty incredible.
Hope your week turns out to be less busy than planned.

I love that house, the outside and the inside... They did an amazing job of staging it. I would love to be able to walk through and see it all in person.

What a great idea. Wish we have projects like this in DC because I know so many designers with fabulous stuff, in their garages and basements, to sell. Maybe I'll coordinate one with a realtor...

I can't wait to hear what she sold...and for how much. That house was picture perfect.

That house is fabulous looking and wish I was closer to go shopping. Try to enjoy your week even if it is beyond busy.

That does sound like a crazy week at the beach! Re: the tag sale at the staged home, some of my local blogger friends and I have thought of doing that ourselves. I think it's a brilliant idea to make a house look pretty, make some money and drive traffic to a house for sale - win, win, win, right?

I bet that is one heck of a sale. I love the sunroom in that home. I saw those vintage posters on Instagram and was dying but now I realize only for local yocals :( I bet you guys did well though. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

this is a fab idea for designers methinks. like a popup sale to save them the effort of schleppin it back.

boo hoo bout the freaky beach shenanigans. there's no place like home.

Always wanted to go to one of these...wish I lived close so I could check it out!
It's so hard coming back from the beach to reality. I feel your pain; I spent three weeks of Aug in Florida.
