I am sure that he just made them by cutting things out of a magazine and using glue. Looks like old book pages. Why didn't I think of that????? Anyway, I scooted up to Michaels with my 40% coupon to look for something to frame them with.
I think it took about 15 minutes to do the whole project.

I have seen something like this done with old buttons - it was beautiful and I think last time I went to Scott's (a few years ago) they had a vendor selling old buttons already mounted on a heavy paper in really cool patterns! Looks great!

I see a "goodwill" trip coming on! Just go to their books section and you will find tons of old books and magazines and then your creative juices will flow....

I too saw these at Scott's on Friday....I had them in my hand until an antsy husband caused me to put them down and walk away. I am so glad they found a great home. They look AWESOME!!! Next month, the husband stays home. haha
Kayla....my husband used to like to go to Scott's with me when we were first married! I am SO glad he lost interest in doing that!! I am sure that he will still have them next month and you can scoop up a few!
