SCOTT'S SEPTEMBER

So I have a bone to pick with you guys.

Scott's was crowded and people were shopping like fools.  They were buying MY things.  Don't get me wrong.......I am all about supporting the economy [cause I feel like I have been doing it by myself for years] but now I feel like my chances of getting the perfect item has taken a big hit.

Was it a mistake to start blogging about Scott's?

Maybe.

Too late now right....you guys are on to that place.

Pictures.

Furniture...
225.00 painted and all.

150.00 painted.

Snazzy...

Lord I was loving this piece....that hardware had me.

Frenchie

 Color....

Look at this gorgeous inlaid table!

Hard to tell here but the outside was painted kind of a french green/gray and the inside was painted a pretty blue....it was stunning.

And here is THE perfect small table....did I say perfect?  I mean you search and search then you buy cause time is running out and BAM.....here she be.

Rats.

This is a perfect narrow table for a bathroom or entry way.

La... huv this desk.

The patina of this old basket...

How much do you want this cool door handle?

Wish I could have this made into a light fixture for a powder room....It's nautical but not cheesy right?

These would scare the enemy away....

On the other hand....come on in!

Hello cute little love seat.  Yes times a 100.

Wild eyed kitty....

Fall...mountain...lake....perfect.

A pumpkin...some magnolia and an old urn.  Simple and beautiful.

A huge table of these!  5.00 each.  I picked up 2.

Big spender.

Holy mackerel.  Peach and lavender.  Yes.

Can you believe no pillows?  I never made it to the north building....bad time management.

In other news...

If you follow me on Instagram you saw that I ordered this Dash and Albert rug for my project....

This is for the same project I am installing today but the rugs were delayed because of the flooding in Colorado.

Not complaining cause I am dry.

Speaking of install....I better get going!

I still say they should make you the official Scott's ambassador and give you whatever you want for free as your payment...

Love that gray desk, the cat gives me the creeps, and I'm sticking my big antlers in a pot (eventually).

I want that small marble top, rusty console table. I'm with Emily--you could be the Scott's ambassador--kinda like the person on the phone at auctions. LOL! Might have to copy the pumpkins and mag leaves. Your rug is FABULOUS and I can't wait to see the install.

Beautiful collection of fabrics to coordinate with that rug for your client! Cheers!

Hello,k ran across your blog this morning and am wondering where you are? I am in Northern California and haven't seen anything like this and want to! I love the items that you bought 2 of. Are they old metal quilt patterns? Please do tell! Lizzie

THIS HAS TO BE A FIRST!
NO PILLOWS!!!

The narrow piece would be a great one to simply have on hand. It would have many homes.

Okaaaay.....I was at Scotts. 2:00 Thursday afternoon. I didn't see ANY chests for $150. I think the designer folks get in early on Thursday and get the best stuff. I NEED that $150 chest. Do I still love Scotts? You betcha and will be there as close to 12:30 on Thursday next month. The thrill of the hunt! Seems like from your pictures the best deals are outside? I'll start there first.
