LEWIS AND SHERON TEXTILES

I am so lucky to have ton's of resources available to me as a designer in Atlanta.

ADAC is less than a mile from my house, as well as great stores like Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Room and Board, Mitchell Gold and others.

One place that I have been going to for 25 years is Lewis and Sheron Textiles.  When I am in need of some fabric love I jump in my car [don't hate me....5 miles away] and cruise the isles leaving some drool as I cut samples.  I know you can picture me humming, cutting.... holding close to my heart like some absolute nutcase?

I love that I can grab a bag, a pair of scissors and go to town.  I am always met with the smiling faces of people who have worked there for years.....a true testament of a happy workplace!

I took some pictures for your pleasure...
I am so glad that floral is back in style.  This pattern comes on quite a few color ways.

Even though it isn't wool this fabric is similar to what I used on my ottoman.

Gotta love a black and camel houndstooth right?

Some great pinks, orange and corals....

I need to use this pink zebra somewhere.  Another room redo?

Love this gray and orange combination...

Haven't seen this there in a while.  I used it in my Room Service room a couple of years ago....

It was a room I did for a Homeless Shelter.

I lucked out and found the pillows at Homegoods!

Some minty goodness...

Love this cut velvet in green....
This is the fabric that I used for a few of the pillows on my sisters porch .

Some great blues....

More bright colors...

OK....pay attention to this next sentence:)
You know I love you guys but you are going to have to call L&S to get the 411 on any of these fabrics.  I did not get the info on them but I am sure if you email a picture of the one you can't live without they will be happy to hook you up!

Did you know about the downstairs furniture room?  They have just revamped it and carry lines like Lee Industries [one of my favorite lines] and Wesley Hall.

Gray linen with the nail heads.

And why not an oval ottoman?

Well lookey here...my own personal favorite ottoman!

They sell right off the floor....no waiting....instant gratification .

Go online and find some favorite fabrics....then place an order!

OK....off to Scott's.
Yes...I know.

I love that you have a fabric place like that close to you. (And, thanks for your help the other day...) Our local fabric store is huge with tons of fabrics, but heavens forbid you cut your own sample. And, the ladies there are less than happy to help you. It's always a cruddy experience.

Gah!!! If anyone knows the name on that first fabric, hit me up. It makes me swoon! I may have to take a day trip to the ATL!

My husband had a business trip to Atlanta a few years ago and I tagged along...so jealous that you have so many wonderful places to shop! I visited L&S, Forsythe, the outlet up north of town, and made 3 trips to various Ballard Outlets while I was there! Wish I could stop by any of those places whenever my little heart desired!

Oh how I love fabrics.

I just ordered a black and tan houndstooth rug for the studio. Layered on a seagrass rug with black binding. That room is the one that changes all the time. Never finished. I am loving that rug/pattern.:-)

Sha-LUCKY is right. I love to go to fabric showrooms and coordinate until my heart is content. My favorite sofa was a Lee, very good line of furniture for sure. Have fun at Scotts!
