I am finally giving something away!!!!

This is a first for me!!!  I have watched others do it and was not quite sure how the flipping thing works.  When other bloggers give things away, I hardly ever sign up because I never think I will win.  I mean crikey, I buy lottery tickets and never win so I assume that I am jinxed.

But this might be fun.  So I say give it a try.....

Here is what I am giving away......
Ha Ha...just fooling!  My smoochies...no way!  I love those little assholes. :)

What about this? You likey?
He is a 6 by 10 glass tray.   Cute huh?

Pretty simple duh!  Let's pick a winner on October 4th.

On another note....Have you been to Z Gallerie Lately?  In keeping with my black/white/cream color scheme they have some really good stuff now and much of it is on sale...even better!!!

Whoops...had to throw a little blue in there!

Good luck.

I know I never win anything either. But here's to another try!! That is really cute. I remember when owl's were all the rage in the late 70's/early 80's. There coming back, I see. Throw my name in the bucket please.

Hey Sherry,

I just officially became a follower, although you were already listed on my blog roll (I know they're different, but that's actually how I keep up with my favorite blogs!). Love that cute little owl plate and all your Z Gallerie picks, but I really love your sweet little Smoochies! I just got a new puppy - posted about her today.

I'm a follower. Used to live in Athens, GA so its nice to read about the Atlanta area again. Love the owl tray. My mom collects owls so that would be a great gift. Enjoy your blog!

I'm not a "follower" but I do check in on your blog from time to time. Today you surprised me. Did you really use the word "assholes" as a term of endearment for your dogs? That's a new one.

I would love that tray to put in my classroom. I e-mailed you earlier about dissecting owl pellets in my science classroom.

Well, the tray is great. However, can I just come by and pick something from your house??
You're the best!

Wow. I, too, just found your blog and was going through the archives and enjoying the many beautiful pictures and great posts but I found the fact that you referred to your dogs as "assholes" to be shocking! Your blog seemed to be classy but that comment is anything but to say nothing of how rotten that is to your dogs. I don't get it.

Anonymous.....I mean that is a loving way of course....I rescued them and spent thousands of dollars in medical bills and training to rehabilitate them....so I think they will forgive me for that little snide comment. They totally understand my sarcasm....

I've heard people use expressions like "jerk", "brat" and "idiot" in joking ways, but not "asshole". I, too, have rescued animals and spent a great deal of money and time on them. To use the word "asshole" to refer to them or anyone for that matter is just crass. It is not snide. It certainly does not fit the picture of you that I had from your blog. It was very disappointing.
