There has just been way too much going on lately and my mind is all over the place!  I've got more Highpoint Market to show you.....the Southeastern Showhouse to share.....and a squirrel went by to distract me once again.....

Brown and Cream and texture.  I know you guys think I am all black and white but here's a news flash for you.....I love brown and cream also.....and of course throw in some black to that mix and I get just plain giggly.

Is brown "BLACKS ugly stepsister?"  I don't think so people.

I can look at magazines all day long and flip through the pages of color....but stop dead when I come to neutrals. Let me try and sway you over to the neutral side.....once again!

Are you tired of me yet?

I am digging those plates from Target!

I want everyone of these.....for somewhere!

Meg Harrington

That lamp has always been a favorite!

That first chair right!

When I used this brown Thibaut grasscloth wallpaper in a project....I knew I was on to something!

ALWAYS add some texture to a room!

I could NOT find the source of this.....but I love!

This guy....Mark J Williams featured in House Beautiful this month....swoon.  Which by the way is all there HB....and is fabulous!

Every. Single. Thing.  Yes please.....

OK...admit it.
It's soothing right.....

I can drive a point into the ground:)

I love all the browns, my favorite. You have some great examples.

I am on your team Sherry! I noticed a lot of brown and black at High Point. I still love a neutral room with a splash (only a splash) of color. Love those Target plates. Do I need another set of plates? Probably not! Those woven chairs look like my dining chairs only mine did not come from Target!! Great Post!!

I think you and I are opposites when it comes to colors. I love COLOR but appreciate neutrals now and then ... mainly in other people's spaces! :)

Thanks so much for including my Graffito pillow cover in your non-black-and-white-neutrals roundup. It may not be bold in color, but it's definitely got zing.

Love it all. I am already sick of all the "color" in decorating. While I can appreciate the crazy colors for like one hour, I get tired of it and it gets on my nerves. I love all the neutrals...cream white beige greige brown black etc. I love orange, coral or blush colored flowers in a neutral room, that's all the color I need.

So glad I kept some earth tones, as much as I love black , white and gray spaces I feel a a bit of warmth is coming back!

My living room is brown, black, cream and caramel which I never tire off. I add chartreuse in spring, blue and red in summer, rusty red in fall and always blue and white ceramics. Love all these rooms. I like neutrals as long as there is high contrast and texture. Pamela
