DESIGN UPDATES

10 Days.

No really....10 Days.

I just counted because when you can say weeks it sounds so much better than days right?

We have to finish...there is no alternative.
They are coming regardless.

Here is a roundup of what has been happening around #projectgetitdone

Beautiful gray grasscloth wallpaper was hung in the LR.

Closeup

These are the fabric selections....my new discovery of "green and gray" :)

We found this great french style desk at Scott's and we are pairing it with....

A Ghost Chair from DWR.

You remember the chandelier right?  This beauty from Currey and Co.

And just to mix things up how about these sconces....

In the dining room is a bar area...

The marble selected for the top.

A cabinet will be made out of pecky cypress and stained....

Backsplash and around the window gets antique mirror.....

And these hanging lights on opposite sides from Currey and Co.

More updates....

This great Currey and Co light fixture got hung in a small stairway off the foyer.

And something that is killing me is this kitchen faucet by Perrin and Rowe.....Gah.

Throwdown.

You know how sometimes when you are sitting on the porch and you get a little chill?  Next time add some heaters in the ceiling....of course!

Below is the wallpaper chosen to hang in "his" closet.  Yeah......I'm pretty excited about this!

Now if you're local you will be able to tour this home!  And of course see if we pull it off or not!  The Junior League Kitchen Tour [ in it's 18th year]  is March 28th and 29th.  There are 14 kitchens to see over the 2 day event.

Take a look at kitchens designed by:

So many kitchen styles to see.....modern, traditional, transitional.....you won't be disappointed!

I'll be there so come by and say Hi!  You will recognize me as the one with bags under my eyes and a few more gray hairs:)

Gorgeous! Love the grasscloth in gray, and the combination of the clear chair and the 'rough luxe' desk.
