Atlanta Decorators' Show House part 2

I know you are ready for more....and I am going to give it to you :)

And yes...that kitchen it was so full of beautiful things.  Hard not to want......

I am going to start with the Sunroom which was designed by John Otgen.

This room was huge!  I love the black and white elements, and how he used the large round table to divide the room with two seating area's.

John took this picture.
Hanging in the middle of the room over the large round table.

This was the Library by William S. Murphy.  Essary and Murphy have been participating in the show house since I have been going [1989].  Their rooms are always classic with a bit of modern.  I love that he used cut yardage for the rug.

Glass desk.

Beautiful bookshelves.  The color on the back is BM Falcon Brown 1238.  The walls and trim is BM Greenbrier Beige HC 79.
Detail of the curtains....cause you know that is so important in a room.

Dang pretty mirror.
Details....
OK...let's hit the master.  This color was breathtaking!  BM Narragansett Green HC 157.  Kind of a cross between teal and navy.

Chandelier.....beautiful tapestry and pillow.
Decorated by Barbara Westbrook Interiors.  Notice the detail on the curtains, the mink throw.  This room screamed "old money".....
My money doesn't stay with me long enough to get old :)
Here is a closeup of the gorgeous tile in the master bath.
Oh yeah...the ladies dressing area.....UH HUH!
Notice the moulding with the mirrors [antiqued].  Yep...this is where I want my coffee brought in the morning.
Back to Jimmy Stanton's designs....
I was loving the feel of this room.....
Very organic.  Perfectly styled.  Edited just right.
The rug.  It made the room....and those nice poufs!
So I came around the corner and glanced....I backed up thinking...Crikey...someone is on the toilet!  Until I realized that was probably NOT the case.

The fabulous nursery decorated by Musso Design Group.  Love the Lee Jofa fabric on the curtains.  The upholstered wall fabric is Duralee.

It was one swanky babies room!
Guest room by Courtney Giles Decker.
The wall color was so pretty....BM Winter Gray 2117-60.
Schumacher fabric for the curtains.

Pretty little splash of teal.....

3rd floor sitting area...decorated by The Mercantile.
It was kind of sports orientated...and I loved this silver vase full of baseballs!
The Teen Retreat....Bryan Alan Kirkland Designs.  Very funky and cute!  Oh yeah...I had a room just like this when I was a teen....not.

So there you have it.  I know I will go back, because the landscaping was not quite done when we were there.....

My install went great on Friday.  My niece who is graduating from UGA design school in May came and helped out her "home schooled" aunt!
Here is a small sneak peek.....

Will share more later in the week.

The bathroom floor is a marble mosaic. I love the way that it discreetly glistened.

I just went through your two posts because I missed the first one. It's great they give you all the paint colors. There's definitely some colors here that I wouldn't normally consider.

There's some really good stuff to steal here. Thanks!

Any chance you can source those gray poufs? :)

I read your post this morning with a BM fan deck in my hand. Thanks for the paint color specifics. These rooms are very well done. I love the Karl Blossfeldts stacked on the wall in Jimmy Stanton's room and the fabulous chandelier in the ladies' dressing area, just to mention two items. I am anxious to see the landscaping if it is half as good as the room designs.
Thanks, Sherry.
Best...Victoria

OK somebody, anybody tell me where to find that light fixture on the bedside table! I've seen it several times in magazines but nobody ever says where it's from and I've been trying to find it...HELP! I love the "new" mix of classic and modern really gives the room a breath of fresh air.

Fab rundown! Always love your attention to the details. The chandy in the master was also used in the design house here in Palm Beach...it's so gorgeous and there are matching sconces that roared at me to take them home.

The BM Winter Gray in the guest room...would you say it was lilac-y?

Yes, curtain detail is important. So glad you shared those paint colors too!

I can't even stand how gorgeous that mirror is above the mantel. I'm in love with it. In the teen room, it looked like the Osborne and Little gecko (don't know the name of it) wallpaper that has crystals in it in person. Was that it? Way wild. Now on to the first part that I missed...

the stuffed animal on the toilet is hilarious- what does that say about me? don't answer that ;) love the color in that nursery - feminine but not too girly.

Loved the peek. Gorgeous paint colors and beautiful details. Such a lovely tour!

I love that Jimmy Stanton room too, but can't really pinpoint why. Maybe because it's less designed, but that's not really the case since everything seems to carefully thought out.
And I'm feeling much better about my choice of exterior trim -- it's Narragansett Green! The painters are putting it up now!
