When you miss a month at Scott's I swear it is like I haven't ever been there before. I must not forget how lucky I am to have all of this at my fingertips.....Scott's....I can't quit you.
Of course I have a "seatbelt burn" around my neck from trying to escape my car a little too fast on Thursday.
Let's get right down to it.
Always have to start with pillows.....
Get up in my face.
I do not discriminate....I love them all.
Hit me with some beige.....and that linen with greek key.....come on.
Love the texture
A little KW in your face.
I can so see that wool plaid in a lake/mountain house right?
Slobber on this one....
Sudi said red is making a comeback.....
Betwixt.....partying with Imperial Trellis
Soft and pretty.
Don't forget about Burlap Street....those girls can make a headboard!
Whatever you want they can do!
Just pick one out!
My girl Andrea was there with some great new paintings.
This is a favorite! My colors.
How gorgeous!
I know I have made reference to my hair many times....but if it gets any thinner....it will look like this....only it's not green.
Oh my.....Loi...these are for you!
And these!
Was there more....of course. I save for later.....I don't want you to "od" on too much cool stuff in one day.
Take a breath.
Oh yeah....what is the secret to making a good turkey burger....you know one that does NOT taste like little pieces of spitballs and dry as a bone.
I might need some help in that area.
Happy Sunday!

Oh. Slobber::slurp.
Happy Sunday to you...too!
Loi would have to wrestle me for those crocks!
Oh My!! You are one lucky gal. It is like pillow heaven and those headboards were great and reasonably priced!!! Enjoy it for all us In California!

You are probably sick of hearing this but I wish I lived closer to Scott's.
You need some kind of fat in that Turkey burger. My husband, who is a butcher and a total foodie, would suggest a bit of ground bacon.
oh, how I wanted to go this month. thanks for the pillow fix. loi's gonna love his...donna
Indeed! You are so lucky!
And red is making a comeback? I didn't like it much the first time around. Not sure I'll be able to handle it the second time.
This is how I make a ground chicken burger - just put in amounts of whatever looks good with your amount of meat - I don't measure. Chopped red onion, a little worchestershire sauce, major greys chutney, sea salt. Make patties, fry in some olive oil. They get all caramelized and good!
i must have the long red print pillow...can you hook a girl up?
Great Post from the Pillow Queen!
1 lb ground turkey, 1/4 cup mayonaise, 1 tub crumbled Feta cheese. Mix well (i wear rubber gloves to do this becasue it sticks to everything) Makes about 4 large burgers, or 6 real small ones. I fry them in a non-stick pan with a teeny bit of olive oil....until they are the color I want them to be & then turn down the heat, cover them & cook about another 10 minutes. The turkey falls apart if you try to GRILL them, so that's why I put them in a pan. Prince Charming didn't think they were TURKEY, so I thought I did really well on them!
I wish I loved closer to Hot-Lanta, I'd be stalking Scott's.....
Sam
I add crumbled feta cheese, basil, garlic and chopped mushrooms- they are juicy and full of flavor!
I have never tried to cook a turkey burger but have ordered them in a local restaurant. Not my favorite thing and people rave about them. The mental image of you getting the seat belt neck burn is so freakin funny! And I'm laughing WITH you!!

I put salsa, chopped apples and crumbled feta cheese in my turkey burgers. I need a Scott's in NJ.
I want it all! The pillows, the headboards... I have to say those were some of the best pillows EVER. So funny about the seatbelt burn, I think i've actually done that... and the hair visual with the plant was priceless...

Shoot....I want to fly to Atlanta just to go to Scotts. Pretty pathetic!
Love this place.....Wish they had an on-line store.
we make turkey burgers all the time 'cause my hubbie doesn't eat red meat. my son hates turkey burgers so one night i used ground chuck instead of turkey.. forgot to tell my husband and he declared it was the best turkey burger he ever had! secret to a good turkey burger (use beef instead of turkey) lol
As usual, I'm so jealous you have Scott's in your backyard. Thanks for sharing the love!
Love those pillows and headboards. What a great source for everything!
Loi and Steve are not the only ones who would love those creamy white crocks. I love the silver punch bowl filled with succulents too.
Best...Victoria
You get me every time with your Scott's goodies - I need one of those headboards. And the ceramics are perfect in every way as are the pillows of course. I'm going to Scott's if I ever get down to your area one day.
Try Donald Trump's recipe for Turkey burgers featured on Oprah! http://www.oprah.com/food/Mar-a-Lago-Turkey-Burger
Now that I've gotten a taste of Scott's (I went last month) I DREAM about it. I will go back damn it, even if it is 7 hours away.
Mix in bbq sauce and grated cheese. You will die! So good. xoxo
I'm not to far from Atlanta. When is Scotts open and where is it located? Really enjoying design indulgence. Would love to have a Crate & Barrel or This End Up couch from the UM boys home project. Will one be for sale? I would give it a good home with my grandsons who have broken two regular sofas.
Hi, just read your useful and helpful blog. Thanks for inspiring the readers.
i didn't go to scotts this month - still put out by the fact that they changed their hours on thursdays. i want to be there when the rooster crows!!! {but i'm in love with the succulents} ;)
Oh my goodness, I NEED to join you on this trip!
